Nieuport 17 Restaurant in Tustin has been serving the finest Steaks Seafood and Cocktails to Orange County's Families and Businesses for over 42 years.

In 2010 founder Bill Bettis partnered with Cameron Irons to lead the company into the future and this Blog is an exciting way for us to communicate with our current and future customers.

For those many regular customers who have dined with us for decades thank you. For those customers who haven't been in for awhile we are excited to see you again and for those that have never been in...whats been keeping you?

One thing everyone will notice is we are always coming up with new dishes reflective of the seasonal fresh ingredients available. We will be creating new recipes as well as bringing back more of the classic dishes of "Continental Cuisine"

In our Barnstormer bar we have created a vintage cocktail menu and we have brought in Mixologist bartenders who have been working up some really tasty cocktails.

We want this Blog to be somewhere for our team and our customers to communicate and create a restaurant that everyone can call home for the next 42 years.

Wild Game & Wine - SOLD OUT

Tonight is our first ever Wild Game Dinner with Guest Chef Rick Boufford from Black Sheep Bistro. I am really looking forward to enjoying Ricks cooking and wine selections. I think I am most looking forward to meeting his loyal customers and watching the process of Rick working with our great kitchen team to prepare his creations.
